Delivery & Returns Policy
We offer the option to collect your orders from our premises in Walkinstown free of charge. Collections are curb side, thereby reducing personal contact, and our warehouse entrance is wheelchair friendly. When you choose this option we will email you to confirm when your order is ready for collection.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 17:00pm, we do not operate on public holidays or weekends. Delivery charges will be calculated at the time of checkout. As we deliver products of large size and weight, delivery charges are calculated based on these factors and the delivery location. A flat fee of €8 per a carton, excluding VAT, is applied. For orders of bulkier items, for example bubblewrap, please contact our office and we will calculate the delivery charges based on your order volume, delivery location and the product sizes. We offer a free delivery service for orders over €100 in value, before VAT has been applied.
Each order is reviewed before processing, therefore in the unlikely event the delivery charge applied does not match the order volume we will contact the customer to advise and arrange a refund / payment. Please note that this is a rare occurrence.
Once we receive your order, we will contact you to confirm your delivery timing. Typically deliveries in Dublin will be made within 2 days and outside of Dublin within 3 days. In the event a product is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and work to get it to you as soon as possible.
Most deliveries outside of Dublin are fulfilled by our courier partner. We do not offer a tracked delivery option, deliveries are fulfilled according to the route and schedule of courier partner, of which we have no control. **Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic couriers nationwide are experiencing unprecedented demand, leading to some delays to their deliveries. This is outside of our control and we ask that you be patient during this disrupted time.
We provide your contact number and delivery address to our courier partner so that they can contact you if they have any questions relating to your delivery. Please remember that you are responsible for providing the correct delivery address, including and Eircode, and contact details. We cannot accept responsibility for a missed delivery if you are not at the stated address to accept delivery or if an incorrect address was provided.
Please ensure that you fully inspect the products delivered before signing to confirm receipt as mistakes cannot be resolved unless noted on the delivery documentation.
We hope you love our products, however in the event they do not meet your expectations please contact us on 01-4298100 or email@example.com within 14 days of receipt of your products and we will talk you through our returns process.
Please make sure to check products thoroughly upon delivery before removing or disposing of any original packaging as all items must be returned in saleable condition with all original packaging intact.
We need to receive and inspect the returned products before a decision on a replacement, refund or credit note can be made. Once we have done this, we will contact you to discuss the possibility of a replacement, refund or credit note. Any applicable courier or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
